1. How many cookies are in one pound?
There are 18 cookies in each pound.

2. What is the shelf life of your cookies?
Our cookies have a two week shelf life when unopened. Once opened, they should be eaten right away or stored in an air tight container.

3. Do you have a retail location?
No, we’re currently working out of a manufacturing kitchen with plans for a storefront in the future.

4. Where can your cookies and confections be purchased?
Presently, you can purchase our products over our website or by telephone. Additionally, the Bishop Street Market (map) located at 419 N. Bishop, Dallas, TX. Please call (214) 941-0907 for their hours of operation. Please note that Bishop Street Market carries our three most popular cookie flavors: Chocolate Chip Pecan, and Cranberry Walnut.

5. What are your hours of operation?
You can reach us by phone on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10AM – 4PM or Saturday from 8AM – 12 Noon.

6. What is the turnaround time for processing my order?
All orders are processed in the order received and “baked-to-order” on the day of shipping. There is typically a 2 to 3 day turnaround time before orders are shipped out. Once your order is placed, you will be notified via e-mail with the anticipated ship out date.

7. How are your products shipped?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or Express.

9. Do you offer free deliver in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area?
We do have free delivery available for orders of $100.00 or more within a 20 mile radius. Please call for details.

10. Are your confections shipped year around?
Though we prefer shipping our confection during the fall/winter months, we can also ship them via express service during the spring/summer months for an additional charge. Please call for details.

11. How are your cookies packaged?
Our cookies are will arrive in our platinum logo tin.

12. Can you provide a customized tin with my company/organization’s logo or slogan?

13. Can I establish a corporate account for my company?
Yes, with completion of our corporate account application (application), we can establish an account for your company or organization and bill you.

14. Do you supply parties, events, and wedding favors?
Yes, we have packaged our products for a number of different events. Please call for details.

15. Do you bake your cookies at events?
Yes, we can set up to bake our cookies at your event in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. Please call for details and to check our availability.

16. Do you sell your cookie dough for fund raising events?
Currently, we do not sell our dough for fund raisers; however, we have conducted fund raisers with our “bake to order” cookies and confections.
