 Clyde and Michal decided to name the business after the historical Kessler Park neighborhood in Oak Cliff that they call home. It's a beautiful, hilly, wooded area unique to the mostly flat lands surrounding Dallas, Texas. Well known for a sense of communal spirit and preservation, the Kessler name represented the kind of principles the two men were looking for in their livelihood also, perpetuating personal heritage, through their community, their kitchen and on to their customers.
